Features: This fan is generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation in forging and smelting furnaces; And it is widely used for conveying materials, air, and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m3, and the maximum medium temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

This series is divided into fans, numbered from 4 # to 16 #, with a total of 13 machine numbers. The outlet position is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "forward" and "reverse" fans can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °. NO.4 # to 6.3 # are A-type drives, and NO.7.1 # to 16 # are D-type drives. All are single suction type.
Structure
This series of fans mainly consists of impellers, casings, collectors, transmission components, seals, machine bases, etc,
(1) The impeller is composed of forward curved blades, curved wheel covers, flat plates, and cast steel wheels. There are 12 blades for the 9-19 type fan and 16 blades for the 9-26 type fan. After forming, they undergo static and dynamic balance correction, and have good aerodynamic performance and stable reliability during operation.
(2) The casing is made of high-quality steel plate formed by snail wire and welded as a whole.
(3) The air collector is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
(4) The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, and pulley. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. Equipped with double row self-aligning bearings and lubricated with engine oil.
(5) According to user needs, each machine number can be equipped with a fan damping pedestal.

When ordering, the fan model, purpose, transmission form, speed, flow rate, total pressure (static pressure), rotation direction, air outlet angle, and motor model specifications should be specified.
